Sports equipment is installed by Sporta team in major cities (Riyadh, Jeddah, Khobar). The equipment is shipped assembled and packaged by Sporta's team for other areas, so make sure to check the spaces and doors to accommodate large equipment when ordering.
Shipping costs will be deducted in case of returning orders or exchanging heavy machines and equipment upon order cancellation after shipping, with a charge of 200 for heavy machines and equipment and 35 delivery fee for small orders.

8. Receipt:
Customer receipt of the shipment from the shipping company is considered an acknowledgment that the shipment (carton) is intact and in good condition and has not been opened before receipt.
9. Refunds:
Payment by credit cards will be refunded to the same card within the period of 7 days of payments if after is will be transferred to the bank account.
Payment by bank transfer will be transferred to the same bank account from which the payment was received.
Refunds to your account will take place within 5 to 10 business days after receiving the returned shipment, after deducting shipping fees for small orders and shipping and installation fees for sports equipment.

Sporta Store delivers purchases within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with the expected delivery time based on the geographical location provided by the customer, which is 5 business days within Riyadh and 10 business days for other cities.
The delivery period starts from the date of order confirmation via email by Sporta Store.
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be added to product prices and will be displayed in your local currency separately during the checkout process.
In case the customer cannot receive the order, a suitable pickup date can be scheduled, or additional delivery rescheduling fees may apply.
Orders are delivered from Saturday to Thursday, excluding Fridays and official holidays in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
11. Cancellation:

For electronic payments, the financial transaction will be reversed within a period that varies depending on the bank used for payment, as explained in Article 9.
After confirmation and shipment:

The order number and customer details must be mentioned. A response will be provided within two business days, and shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount, which is 200 for each sports device and 35 for other products.
For cancellations after receipt, products must be in new condition and unused upon delivery.
There are two options for returning items:

Creating a return shipping bill at an additional cost (200 for each sports device and heavy equipment).
12. Offers and Discount Coupons:

14. Replacement or Refund Terms:
1. You must attach the invoice number to the request to benefit from return, replacement, or warranty services.
2. Purchases can be returned or replaced only if they are in the same condition as when purchased, and they should be packaged in their original packaging.
3. Returns can be made within 3 business days, and replacements within 30 business days from the date of purchase.
4. When returning sports devices and heavy equipment, a fee of 200 for installation and delivery will be deducted from the total refund if the device has been delivered, assembled, and is in its original packaging.
5. Replacement or refund does not apply to promotional offers.
6. Refunds will be made through the same payment method unless both parties agree on an alternative method in case the product meets the return or replacement conditions.
7. The return and replacement period is calculated from the date of receipt.
8. Returned shipments are accepted only at the company's showrooms (Sporta) in Riyadh, Dammam, and Jeddah, or via a shipping bill through shipping companies with additional charges borne by the customer.
15. Immediate Replacement for Defective Devices:
Sporta Store will replace defective devices with the same model or refund the device's value in cases where an alternative model is not available under the following conditions:
The device is inspected by Sporta's technical team and a report confirms the presence of a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired..
1. The same issue recurs three (3) times within a year, provided it is not due to misuse.
2. The device is free from scratches or signs of misuse.
3. The device has not been exposed to, among other things, any type of liquids, moisture, extreme heat, strong or incorrect electrical current, etc.
4. The original box is returned with all accessories and user manuals included.
16. Warranty and Maintenance:
Product warranties and manufacturing quality are subject to the policies of the manufacturing company as outlined in the product warranty guide. To access warranty and maintenance services, customers can directly contact the warranty service provider for the required service in accordance with the regulations.
Sporta Store will provide the best after-sales services to its customers and ensure the availability of manufacturer-quality spare parts in compliance with the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce.
Commitment to a two-year warranty for the quality of electronic devices.
Repair duration is a maximum of 14 business days from the date of submitting the maintenance request (the repair duration does not include the availability period of required spare parts).
The availability of spare parts should not exceed 14 business days from the date of the part request.
Commitment to quality maintenance warranty for 30 days from the date of receiving the device from the maintenance center.
Commitment to responding to customer complaints, providing required information, and informing customers about the complaint's progress within 5 business days. A final response to the complaint should be provided within a maximum period of 30 business days.
The assumed lifespan varies for each product, and customers should refer to the product manual or contact the agent for details.
Fees are applicable when requesting a technical team visit for maintenance after the warranty period expires.
Warranty coverage includes device repair or replacement of spare parts free of charge in the case of a manufacturing defect. It does not cover product replacement or refund.
Exclusions from warranty coverage include issues resulting from:
Misuse of the product or failure to follow instructions in the product manual or online guidance when activating the device.
Breakage, impact, cutting, or exposure to external factors such as liquids, moisture, or high temperatures.
Attempts at repair or maintenance by unlicensed agents or the use of non-approved spare parts by the standards authority.
File or section deletions from the hard drive.
Costs of replacing lost or consumable items (buttons, batteries, etc.).
Alteration or tampering with serial numbers.
Warranty and maintenance for customers outside Saudi Arabia:
In order to serve you more efficiently, you must open a ticket with customer service.
The defective product should then be sent to the company's address, as needed, via one of the fast shipping service providers (such as Aramex and others). The product should reach the company's office through the carrier.
Sporta Store will not be responsible for any issues that may occur to the devices during the shipping period due to poor packaging or storage, as well as shipping costs.
You can request the waybill (shipping label) from customer service employees.
If the item is within the warranty period according to the terms and conditions, the item will be repaired free of charge, with the customer bearing all shipping costs.
In cases of misuse, a repair quote will be provided to the customer. If the customer agrees to the quote and pays the fees, the repair will be carried out.
If your item cannot be repaired but is still covered by the manufacturer's warranty, we will provide a replacement (from the same seller). If a replacement is not available, your full payment will be refunded, excluding shipping fees.
Important Note: Technical team visits for items covered by the warranty are free of charge only for major cities (Riyadh - Jeddah - Khobar). Additional fees will be applied for technical team visits to areas outside these major cities.
Alternatively, customers can ship the devices to one of the major cities.
