Immediate Replacement – Manufacturing Defects

Sporta Store provides immediate replacement of products with manufacturing defects with the same item, or a full refund if the replacement is not available, under the following conditions:

  • The device has been inspected by Fa’a technical team, and an official report confirms a manufacturing defect and that the device is not repairable.
  • The same fault has occurred three (3) times within one (1) year, provided that the issue is not caused by misuse.
  • The device is free from scratches or any signs of improper use.
  • The device has not been exposed to any of the following (including but not limited to):
  • liquids of any kind, moisture, direct sunlight or excessive heat, power surges or incorrect electrical current, etc.
  • The original packaging is returned with all accessories and user manuals included.

Warranty & Maintenance

Product warranty and manufacturing quality are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policy stated in the product manual. For warranty or maintenance services, the customer may contact the warranty service provider directly according to the applicable regulations.

Fa’a Store is committed to providing the best after-sales service and ensuring the availability of spare parts with original manufacturing quality in line with Saudi Ministry of Commerce regulations, as follows:

  1. Warranty period for electronic devices is two (2) years.
  2. Repair time is up to fourteen (14) business days from the date of submitting the service request (excluding spare parts availability time).
  3. Spare parts availability takes up to fourteen (14) business days from the request date.
  4. Repair quality is guaranteed for thirty (30) days from the date the device is collected from the service center.
  5. Customer complaints are acknowledged within five (5) business days, and a final response is provided within a maximum of thirty (30) business days.
  6. The lifespan of each product may vary; customers should refer to the product manual or contact the authorized dealer for details.
  7. Service visits after the warranty period are subject to applicable service fees.
  8. Warranty covers repair services or free replacement of defective parts only in case of manufacturing defects, and does not include product replacement or refund. Warranty does not cover damage caused by:
  • Misuse or failure to follow the user manual or digital instructions
  • Breakage, impact, cuts, or exposure to external factors such as liquids, moisture, or high heat
  • Use of equipment in commercial or residential clubs instead of home use
  • Improper installation or failure to follow assembly instructions
  • Repairs performed by unauthorized service providers or use of non-approved spare parts
  • Deletion or damage of hard drive files or partitions
  • Replacement of missing or consumable parts (buttons, batteries, etc.)
  • Tampering with or alteration of serial numbers

Important Note

Technical service visits are free of charge only within major cities (Riyadh – Jeddah – Al Khobar). Additional charges apply for other regions outside these cities. Alternatively, customers may ship the device to one of the main cities.

Fa’a Store is an official authorized distributor of listed brands within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


Warranty & Maintenance for International Customers

To ensure faster service, customers must first open a support ticket with customer service.

The defective product should then be shipped to the company address via an express shipping provider (such as Aramex or others). Shipping costs are not covered by the company. A shipping label may be requested from customer service.

If the item is under warranty and the issue is covered, and the warranty has not been voided due to misuse as stated in the terms and conditions, the item will be repaired free of charge. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

If misuse is detected, a repair quotation will be provided to the customer for approval before any repair is carried out.

If the item cannot be repaired but is still under manufacturer warranty, a replacement will be provided (from the same supplier). If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued excluding shipping fees.


Return & Warranty Policy – Refurbished Fitness Equipment

  • After receiving the order, the store requires 1 to 3 business days for quality inspection before approving or shipping the product.
  • The customer may request a return within the legal return period, provided the product is in its original condition, unused, not powered on, and includes all original packaging and accessories. The store reserves the right to reject returns if the product is opened, used, damaged, or incomplete.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind and not a manufacturing defect, the customer bears return shipping costs, usually starting from approximately 200, including shipping, inspection, and handling.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days and will be returned to the original payment method.
  • In case of a manufacturing defect, the store covers all shipping and repair costs under warranty.
  • Warranty period is 3 months from the date of delivery and covers manufacturing and technical defects only. It does not cover:
  • Consumable parts
  • Misuse
  • Breakage or cosmetic damage
  • Liquid or moisture damage
  • Commercial use of home equipment
  • Unauthorized repair or modification
  • Warranty becomes void in case of misuse or intentional damage, and the customer bears all repair costs.
  • Proper usage instructions, weight limits, and operating guidelines must be followed to ensure optimal performance.
  • During the warranty period, customers may contact customer service for technical support or maintenance scheduling.
  • After the warranty period ends, inspection will be scheduled and a quotation will be provided before any repair work begins.
  • Shipping, repair, or replacement timelines may vary depending on location, spare parts availability, and device condition.
  • By completing the purchase, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions stated above.
