Shipping and installation:
1- Small shipments has international shipping within shipping carriers coverage.
2- For sports equipment and heavy equipment shipping is only available within KSA and cities and area (Naqel) covers and areas outside this coverage additional shipping fees are calculated.

3- Free shipping and installation to any city within KSA for orders exceeds 1000 riyals.
4- Sports equipment is installed by the (Fa’a) store team in each of the main regions (Riyadh - Jeddah - Al-Khobar). The equipment is shipped assembled and packaged from the (Fa’a) store team to other regions. Therefore, spaces and doors must be checked to accommodate large devices upon request.
5- The shipping cost is deducted in the event of returning orders or replacing heavy machinery and equipment when the order is canceled after shipping, at the rate of 200 riyals for heavy equipment and equipment, and an amount of 35 riyals as a delivery fee for small orders.
6. Additional charges apply if the allowed shipping weight is exceeded, and these charges vary depending on the city
