Exchange and return policy

Replacement policy:

-1 Without prejudice to the provisions of the warranty agreement and the regulations, the consumer has the right to replace the product provided to him from the store within the seven days following the date of receipt of the product, and he does not have the right to replace the product after the lapse of seven days.

-2 To replace the product, it is required that the product is in good condition and the consumer has not used the product or received its benefit, and the store has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to make sure of its safety and the consumer is responsible for paying the shipping value in case he wants to replace the product and in the international replacement, the consumer bears the full shipping costs and delivery of the product to the shipping company and in case of defects or error, the consumer will be compensated

The consumer has no right to replace the product in the following cases:

1- If the product was manufactured at the request of the consumer or according to specifications specified by him, products with a defect or that violated the specifications specified by the consumer are excluded from this.

2- If the product consists of videos, CDs, CDs or information programs that have been used.

3- If the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, books or other literature.

4- If a defect appears in the product due to improper possession of the consumer.

5- If the contract deals with the provision of accommodation, transportation or feeding services.

6- If the contract deals with the purchase of software download products via the internet.

Refund policy:

1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the warranty agreement and the regulations, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract and return the product provided to him from the store within the seven days following the date of receipt of the product, and he is not entitled to that product after the lapse of seven days.

2- To return the product, it is required that the product is in good condition and the consumer has not used the product or received its benefit, and the store name has the right to inspect the product before returning it to make sure of its safety.

3- The consumer shall bear the costs of the return process and in the case of international return, the consumer shall bear the full costs of shipping and delivery of the product to the shipping company and in case of defects or error, the consumer will be compensated

Return & Warranty Policy for Refurbished Fitness Equipment

  1. Once the order is received, the store requires 1 to 3 business days to complete a quality check and verify the condition of the equipment before approving or shipping the order.
  2. The customer may request a return within the allowed return period, provided that the item is in its original condition upon delivery, unused and not powered on, with all original packaging, accessories, and parts included. The store reserves the right to reject any return if the product has been opened, used, damaged, or missing any components.
  3. If the return is due to a change of mind and not a manufacturing defect, the customer will bear the return and shipping costs according to the shipping provider’s fees and the city. The estimated cost usually starts from around 200, covering shipping, inspection, and handling.
  4. Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days and will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
  5. In case of a manufacturing defect or technical issue reported within the allowed period, the store will cover all shipping, transportation, and repair costs according to the warranty terms.
  6. The warranty is valid for 3 months from the date of delivery and covers manufacturing and technical defects only. It does not cover:
  • Consumable parts
  • Misuse or improper handling
  • Breakage or cosmetic damage
  • Damage caused by liquids or moisture
  • Commercial use of home equipment
  • Any repair or modification performed by unauthorized parties
  1. In case of misuse or intentional damage, the warranty will be void, and the customer will be responsible for all repair costs and spare parts.
  2. To ensure proper performance, the equipment must be used according to the user manual, including weight limits, load capacity, and correct operating instructions.
  3. During the warranty period, customers may contact customer service for technical support or to schedule maintenance according to the warranty policy.
  4. After the warranty period ends, any service request will require a scheduled inspection. A quotation will then be provided for repair work and spare parts before any maintenance begins.
  5. Shipping time, repair duration, or replacement timelines may vary depending on the city, parts availability, and the condition of the equipment after inspection.
  6. By completing the purchase, the customer agrees to all the terms and conditions stated above.
