Cancellation:
- Before approving the application and within 24 hours:
The request can be canceled through the cancellation box in my order list without any fees. In the case of electronic payment, the financial process will be reversed with a period that varies according to the bank from which it is paid, as indicated in Article No. (9).
- After approval and shipment:
The order is canceled by opening a ticket by contacting customer service – the order number and customer data must be mentioned. A response will be made within two working days for cancellation, and the delivery amount will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer. A fee of 200 riyals for one sports device. 3. After receiving:
The order is canceled for products in their new condition only, which were not used when they were delivered, and in the event that they were received, and then the return request was raised, in two cases:
- Delivery of products to the main branches of the company (Riyadh - Jeddah - Khobar).
- Making a return policy for the customer in the amount of (35 riyals) for orders to be returned by mail.
- Make a bill of lading and ship it by the shipping company, and it will be at an additional cost of (200) riyals for each sports equipment and heavy equipment.

Replacement method:
Terms of return exchange:
- The invoice number must be attached to the application to benefit from return, exchange and warranty services.
- Purchases can be returned and exchanged, provided they are in the same condition as when purchased and delivered, wrapped in the original packaging.
- The return takes place within (3) working days, and the replacement takes place within (30) working days from the date of purchase.
- In the event of a period of 3 days from the request, the request to be replaced shall be retrieved and upon receipt and confirmation of its condition, it shall be replaced with a new request or the amount shall be returned to the customer.
- In the event that the 3-day period exceeds, the order to be exchanged will be returned, and upon receipt and confirmation of its condition, it will be replaced with a new one, or in the event that the alternative product is not available, the amount will be returned as a balance in the store’s wallet only.
- When returning sports equipment and heavy equipment, the value of installation and delivery fees of 200 riyals will be deducted from the total value of the return in the event that the device is delivered assembled, provided that it is unopened and in the original packaging in which it was received.
- Exchange or return does not apply to promotional offers.
- The amounts will be returned by the same method of payment, unless an agreement is reached between the two parties on another method of payment if the conditions for replacement or return of the product are met.
- The return and exchange period is calculated from the date of receipt.
- Receipt of returned shipments shall be at the company's showrooms (Sporta) in (Riyadh - Dammam - Jeddah) only, or through a bill of lading through shipping companies with additional fees borne by the customer.
